Soonio Privacy Policy
Vea Software LLC built Soonio, a countdown app for iPhone and iPad. This page explains what information Soonio uses and what happens to it. The short version: everything stays on your device, and we never see it.
Information Soonio Stores
The countdowns you create (their titles, dates, icons, colors and reminder settings) are stored on your device, in a container shared only with Soonio's own widgets. They are not sent to Vea Software or to any third party.
Calendar and Reminders
If you choose to import from Calendar or Reminders, Soonio asks for permission to read them. Soonio reads your events and reminders only to show them in the import list and to keep imported countdowns up to date when an event moves. Soonio never changes, adds or deletes anything in your calendars or reminders, and it never copies this information off your device. You can turn off access at any time in the Settings app.
Notifications and Live Activities
Soonio schedules notifications and Live Activities locally on your device. No server is involved, and no device or push token is collected.
Analytics, Tracking and Advertising
Soonio contains no analytics, advertising or tracking code, does not use cookies, and does not track you across apps or websites.
Data Deletion
Deleting a countdown removes it from your device. Deleting the app removes all of Soonio's data.
Children's Privacy
Soonio does not collect personal information from anyone, including children under 13.
Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page. If a future version of Soonio adds a feature that sends data off your device, this policy will be updated before that version is released.
